Do you provide courtesy cars?

Yes we do - at no extra charge to you. We have cars, station wagons, people movers and vans.

Can I choose my own repairer or do I have to use the one my insurance company chooses?

Yes you can choose your own repairer. It's your vehicle and you get to choose. Having said that, your insurance company will recommend panel beaters that have passed a very rigorous process during which they check the business for quality of equipment, staff training, processes and practices. So using a panel beater recommended by your insurance company means you can have confidence your vehicle will be repaired to a high standard.

Can I get a Quote?

Yes. If you have not come through your insurance company, we can also advise you on whether it will be worth claiming or not.

What happens if you find more damage once you start repairs?

If the repairs are being done under insurance, we will liaise with your insurance company. If not, we will be in touch to discuss your options.

Do you use new or used parts in the repair?

Both. But if used components are used, they will be of a high quality. If we get a part that is not up to scratch we will send it back.

Can you pick up my car if it can’t be driven?

We can arrange for your car to be collected, or you can ask the tow truck to deliver it to us.

How long does it take for the paint to fully harden?

New paint on your car has been chemical and heat hardened so the vehicle is usable in 24 hours. However, as it takes 4-6 weeks to fully harden, we recommend that if you are going to wash and polish it in this time, use a soft wash.

Can you fix issues that were not caused by the accident, at the same time?

Because we are panel beaters we focus on repairing damage to the body of your vehicle.

Do you guarantee repairs, and if yes – for how long?

Yes - we guarantee our workmanship for the life of the vehicle

How long will the repair take?

This depends on the extent of the damage and the availability of parts but we will keep you informed along the way.

If I am paying for the work myself, do you offer payment options?

No, we don't have a finance option, but we do accept credit cards as well as EFTPOS.

How will you make sure the new paint matches the existing colour of my car?

Vehicle paint colours have specific formulas that make up the colour, and we have specialist equipment that provides this formula. In addition, we do test sprays to ensure the colour in the repaired area will be undetectable from the rest of the vehicle.

Who do I pay the excess to?

The excess on your insurance is paid to us, the remainder by the insurance company.
